I think you need to ask yourself if you want to be her platonic friend regardless of who she dates.....what do you think?
I know it is hard when you have feelings for someone and they don't return or have the same kind of feelings for you but if you continue to take what you feel are signs that she is interested in you in a romantic way I think you will be missing out on meeting someone who really would like to start a relationship with you.
As for ending your friendship with her that will have to be up to you. Perhaps for right now it would be better if you limited the amount of time you spend with her and focus on hanging out with other people. If she dates your cousin so be it. That is something that is out of your control and you getting angry about it is not going to change her mind about dating you. I don't want to come off sounding harsh but let it go kiddo. She is just not into you the way you want her to be.
I would also suggest you consider talking to a counselor about your feelings as this might help you a great deal in being able to move on with your life. Wishing you the very best:)
Sounds like she is stringing you along and using you.
Basically the"your too young thing" was just a cover up ...kinda like "your not my type". but she didnt want to hurt your feelings for whatever reason...
