A new exciting a relationship

Okay this is not your typical post. I left a 21-year destructive marriage a month ago and guess who I met? That's right me the person that got lost Twenty-One years ago. Sometimes the best relationship you can build is one with yourself so that you know what you really want out of life and you find peace and happiness without dependency. I'm over 50 now so I'm too old and tired to put up with crap I doubt I'll enter another relationship which is just fine. I'm not bitter I just know what I want and what I want is peace and happiness without disruption. I have created a new life for myself and it's quite great. Do I have a lot? No in fact I left the house and most everything in it and started over at my age which isn't easy but I did it and even though I have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry I'm happier than I've been in a long time. So my purpose for this post is to encourage others  to create  your best relationship with yourself cause that's the only one you can count on for true happiness. God Bless

Good advice and what a positive post! I am in practically the same boat except I left with three kids. And the washing machine. LOL The peace is priceless.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
