It seems to have popped up in my my life that I have a personality quirk I wasn't fully aware of. I will try to get someone to stop doing something destructive in their life or ditch a toxic person etc.. I will talk someone's ear off. And I will tell someone else about it there response is you can't force a person to do anything they have a choice of what they can do with their life. I have a hard time distracting myself away from focusing on things like this....... How do I veer to the other things in people's lives... How should I distract myself and move on. Make a joke and turn around and walk away I don't know anymore

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that.
