I have plans to go see a girl tomorrow who goes to school about 2 1/2 hours away from where I do. We are from the same town locally so when we are home from school we are only minutes apart. We met about 2 and a half months ago and we kept in touch everyday one way or another either by text or phone calls or chatting online. Two weeks ago she was in town for a long weekend and we hung out every day except for one. I had a great time and as far as I know she did as well. Once she was back at school we were back in touch everyday and still have. I guess what I'm asking is just your thoughts on me going to see her. We're not boyfriend and girlfriend but I would like to be someday. And I want her to know I'm interested but not desperate. You see the difference is that when she comes home and sees me she comes home to her family so it's a bit different than when I go see her at her college house. I know you don't know all the details and you don't know me or her personally but if you've ever been in a situation like this can you give me a little advise? Or at least just let me know how it went, I feel like I'm in the dark here.

I would imagine it's fine to go see her.
Women usually value friendship and close emotional relationships, so if (even if you are not an item), you remain her friend for the next year or whatever, your relationship may progress after.
If someone is interested in you, they usually call you, e-mail you and ask you detailed questions about how your life is going.
