I am really starting to hate what my ex GF did to me. I don't like feeling this way. I don't like my heart racing and my adrenaline pumping and all the nasty ways I am plotting revenge. Don't worry I wouldn't actually get revenge, but I am fantasizing about it. I hate what she did. I hate I wasted so much time, even when I was in the middle of it and knew she wasn't good for me after the 100th time she cheated. But still, I held on and let her cheat for the 101st time.
I hate that I feel like a total and complete DICK, sitting here typing, knowing she is doing whatever and acting like everything is fine and moving on with her life. I hate that people want me to buck and soldier through, or telling me she is a "worthless skank" is some kind of therapy. Yep, I know she did a nasty whorish thing. I know that. But it isn't like I am all of a sudden gonna stop loving her or wishing I had more balls to deal with it just because I know what she did.
I am writing, going out, not missing work, cleaned out my house, not checking her FB or anything. I am not asking mutual friends about her even though they made it perfectly clear she is their "girl' and they won't let me ask anyway. I am doing all of these right steps, and I am more angry and disgusted right now than I have ever been.

I think the best way to distract yourself from someone is to keep busy and distract yourself with enjoyable things, anything you like to do. Perhaps you could even go out and meet new girls, a new girl in your life will be ultimate in her face of how you've moved on too!
Foundlove, I too once got on a screaming fit in my car. Then I looked around and saw that I wasn't alone at the traffic light. I sped off quickly.
What I did once when a person I disliked for a variety of reasons brought cookies to a function that was at my house. The function ended and some of her leftover cookies were still in my house. I wasn't about to save them and feed them to my family, I put them in a gallon zip lock bag and jumped up and down on them ( outside near the trash can) before I threw them away!
ha ha.. I hope the neighbors didn't see me!

Anger is the next step.. The fact that you are not stuck and moved on to this next soul wrenching "task" means that you are greiving properly and you will succeed in eventually letting go of this love, as difficult as it is to let go.
It is just another sign that some day you will be able to open your heart to a person who will love you the way you derve

You are a strong person and things will get better eventually. Writing about your feelings towards her is really good.
It is really tough to love and hate someone at the same time.

The lack of decency is what throws me. Just running away and starting a new life without at least telling me it was over was a low blow. 13 years of time just gone down the drain.
