In regards to the question of chia seeds...everything said has been wonderful. I would like to add that they help with bowel movements (making things come out smoother and easier) and they also bind themselves to estrogen receptors, so in a case of having a disease caused by estrogen (certain cancers and for me personally, endometriosis) it is a huge help and a must have to cut down on the overproduction of estrogen!
