Does anyone have an opinion on Pacific Natural spirulina? I know, Mak, that you like Earthrise, but the place I get my vitamins has this brand, and it would be easier to order all at once.
BTW, I made an awesome Vitamix smoothie today. 1/2 banana, some frozen rasberries, goat milk yogurt (yes, I've agreed to eat animal products to balance my ph. Only this yogurt and some eggs) and a package of green super foods that my health food store owner let me try as a sample. And ice cubes of course. It tasted like a treat, not a health food thing. I would like to replace the yogurt with a vegan option if I have this often. Soy milk is too processed. Maybe water? Juice is too glycemic.
I';m going to try mousse tongiht. My blender just couldn't cut it. I had too many av chunks.

Ok, just doing a side by side comparison, Earthrise has much less iron than Nutrex. about 1/4.
Read the reviews, there are people out there who tried them all and say Earthrise is the best.
