Positive TPOab basically means how inflamed your thyroid is. I would ask to get the TSI and the TRAb done to see if you test positive gor Graves' Disease.
If you need help in understanding your thyroid levels of the TSH, Free T3, and Free T4; please post them. For the symptoms you are having, your thyroid levels of the Free Ts may not be in the 'right' places for you to feel your best there at.
Most people feel their best with the Free Ts at mid ranges to the upper third ranges.

Do listen to mmz, though. Post your labs. Our experience is that you can be very miserable and still "within the normal range."
As mmz mentioned...we are not always well when our docs say we are normal...thats why its so important to post your labs and ranges here...its also important to get the tests mmz mentioned because those are your thyroid hormones...Big Hugs...Kathy
