Went from 20 mg to 15 mg doing well felt more energized. When I was on 30 mg, I was a couch potato and took naps every day. I started to feel good until the last few days I cant sleep and my arms go numb when sleeping. This happened when I was really hyper I took some tincture lemon balm before going to bed, but no luck.

I will start keeping a food journal, found a cool app: allergy detect which I will use to track my triggers and food.I know I had 2 beers last night which may attribute to my not sleeping.
I started taking Selenium to help with my TED, which seems to help. My eye arent dry, they just water constantly like Im crying and doesnt stop till lunch time. My right eye has bulged but has been good for a while, and headaches here and there.. I did have some double vision for a while which was at its worse when I was the most hypo.

I do not suggest taking any extra Selenium when your Free T3 is already at the mid range. Extra Selenium is good for when the Free T3 is lower than mid range. Otherwise your Free T3 will go higher and you'll have the hypER symptoms.
It is good that you are keeping a food journal.
