I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on this situation. Diagnosed with Graves in 2011 went into remission around the end of 2012. Became hypo started on Armour thyroid until I eventually was up to 120mg. Was feeling pretty good with minimal symptoms but none the less still had them so I was not optimal. The symptoms were palps, constipation, insomnia and mild mood swings. Saw the doc and decided we would add in some levoxyl. At the time my FT4 was hanging mid range and FT3 high end. I started on 25mg of levoxyl and after 5 weeks moved to 37.5 as the palps, constipation and insomnia seemed to be getting worse. Also went down with the armour 15mg to see if palps lessened. I have been on the new dose about a week and I understand the med takes time to build. Here is my problem when I first started the levoxyl my FT4 actually went down and then came back up to midrange so basically it has not moved and I'm fearful that I may be getting more hypo. My TPO antibodies actually dropped by 100 points. I do not have Hashis. Now I haven't had bloodwork for about 3 weeks so maybe it hasn't gone down. I do feel as though I had more hypo symptoms since adding the other replacement. I still have palps, insomnia bad, feeling chills and then hot flashed and irratible. Can someone please tell me if this if all due to not being optimal, I definitely feel worse with the addition of the med but I wasnt' any better with the armour even though FT3 was at top of range. My levels are FT4 1.28 Range 0.82-1.77 FT3 4.3 Range 2.0-4.4 and TSH 0.006. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting to the end of my rope since this has been going on close to 4 years and I can't even tell if I'm getting better. Its as if no matter what I do I can't get better. Any advice or similar situation with an optimistic outcome would be very appreciated.

The TPOab is more of an inflammatory marker and is seen in hypERs and hypOs types of thyroid disease.
I'd find out how the Graves' Disease antibodies of the TSI and TRAb is doing. Also find out the TgAb (for Hashi's) is doing as well.
