P.S. I used to dose three times a day, now I just go twice a day every 12 hours without any problems...
The only reason why I went from three to two was because my TSI antibodies finally got down so low such as around the 25 to 35 range (well low for me any way) that my body could handle it without feeling hypERish in higher than 8 hours.
Prior to then I was always in the 80 to 125 range and just couldn't get the TSI number down no matter how I tried, even with watching all my triggers and such...
Now the LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) has helped me lower down the TSI.
