Who makes the shower filter? I would like to buy one. Do lotions and beauty car products really tell you if they have “gluten” in it? Never heard about that one. What is the name of the app that does that. I used to use Mrs. Meyer’s products until I found out it has SLS - Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. I avoid products that have it. There are a few ingredients that I try to avoid totally, Flouride, Chlorine, Triclosan, and SLSs. There are others but those are very important for me to avoid.
Homemade All-Purpose Cleaner
makes 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 cups water
1/4 teaspoon tea tree oil (about 10 drops)*
Optional: 10 drops essential oil, for scent
*Note: 100% pure tea tree oil is toxic, especially to pets. As I understand it, it can be considered safe when diluted properly, using at least a 10:1 ratio of water to essential oil. This recipe errs on the safe side and uses 50 times more water, for a 576:1 ratio.
Directions:
In a 1-quart spray bottle, combine the vinegar, water and tea tree oil and shake well to combine. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the mix, if you’d prefer a scented cleaner.
I got it online at amazon

For my bath/shower liquid soaps I use Dr. Bronner's and Vermont SoapWorks.
For soap bars I use Silver Botanicals colloidal silver bar, buy from a goatsmilk company, Bumble and Bee, and Heritage products.
Hair care brands for shampoo and conditioner have included: Alaffia, Wildflower shampoo (can be used as body wash as well) from etundra, Beauty without Cruelty. I will also use natural baby and adult shampoo and conditioner without citric acid and methylisothiazolinone https://www.annmariegianni.com/ingredient-watch-list-methylisothiazolinone-the-toxic-ingredient-that-could-cause-nerve-damage/
Teeth: Uncle Harry's, Nara's, Brushing Rinse from Essential Oxygen and Silver Botanicals mouthwash. Essential oil drops for teeth is also used like: peppermint, spearmint, cloves, cinnamon, myrrh, etc. I have found powders works better than pastes in getting the teeth and gums more clean and less built up from plaque and tartar. Tartar. Wet pastes just doesn't seem to do as much for me.
Deodorants to avoid all that harmful stuff: I buy from Silver Botanicals as roll ons. I don't use natural sticks as I have frozen shoulders which makes it hard to use them.
Lotion for face and body: I have bought from Dr. Mercola and Healthy Traditions. Otherwise I just use raw, organic coconut oil.
household cleaners and bathrooms: I have used Seventh Generation and just plain white vinegar and baking soda. I also use Costco environmentally friendly dish soap.
Laundry: Green Shield organics, Biokleen, homemade with using unscented goatmilkstuff soap bar along with baking soda, washing soda, borax, and natural non chlorine powder bleach.
I try to go as unscented as possible (not possible with Seventh Generations) and as low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) as possible so the scents doesn't overpower my MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities).
Researching ingredients can be done at ewg.org for personal products and household to avoid any harmful chemicals and toxins as much as possible.
This is just small examples of what I currently use. :-)
