If you are actually taking 10mg as you mention in this thread, please do not do anything with your dose until you get labs.
You recently said that your FT4 and FT3 were in the normal range. You've been on meds long enough that you really shouldn't be going hyper.
10mg is the high end of the most common maintenance doses....

I have to be careful of not to take certain antibiotics as taking one made my FT3 go up.
