While I feel pretty good about my endo these days, I think I'll still run it by Elaine.
I felt so bad for so long at those lower levels, that it's pretty easy right now to feel as if I'm in a good place, but I think I still need to get these free Ts up a little. (But I feel like my IQ has increased about 20 points, and I can use multi-syllabic words again, so still definitely an improvement.) While I feel better, I wonder if I can do better yet if I can get to the top end of the range. I'll give it a whirl...
For me...being hypo was way worse than being hyper. I was kept hypo for so long that even the slightest improvement felt wonderful. When you get your levels up to where they should be...it will feel a world of difference.
