Sugar can make your vision blurry and make you achy. Sugar is an inflammatory food. It affected my vision and made me achy, so I chose to keep as much processed sugar out of my diet. Not sure if you have heard, smoking is a big no-no when you have Graves Disease. It affects the vision. So, try to stop all together. And, alcohol....another big no-no. Alcohol has sugar in it. There is a list of foods that GD patients shouldn’t consume. Google the list. You will feel better not having it in your body. One of the main things GD attacks is your tissue and bones. It’s all inter-related with your Fibromyalgia. Everyone’s choices of food and products they use or clean with will make a big difference in how they feel. Not, a good idea to blame the disease when what you are doing might be aggravating it. Be kind to yourself. Whatever your decisions are will have an impact on your health. Take Care.
