I will not get an RAI. I have had Graves' Disease since the end of 2000 a few months after my last child was born. Graves' Disease is an autoimmune disorder which one has for a lifetime. In order for me to keep thyroid as balanced as possible I had to eat organic and non GMO along with using safer household and personal products.

I have not much experience in knowing a tremendous amount about Graves' other than the antibodies that attack the thyroid cause it to produce more thyroid hormone naturally and makes the person's thyroid hyper. You surely and probably know that already.
Another thing to consider is DIET. What I mean by that from my layman viewpoint is to change up and eat foods conducive to thyroid function. Common food allergens include dairy products, wheat (gluten), soy, corn, and nuts (as well as consuming coffee and/or any caffeine).
