To help you better we need to know the lab reference ranges for the above labs done. Different labs have different ranges and the ranges can be different according to one's age also.

I don't really know how bad these numbers are.
Thank you for the lab reference ranges. Your FT3 is higher to compared to the FT4. It may mean that a T3 Thyrotoxicosis could be a problem which taking a beta blocker will reduce the higher heart rate and other hypER symptoms.
I had a T3 problem and was on beta blocker to reduce the symptoms. My FT4 wasn't too far out of range.
