If I am reading correctly now, you are so hypO with your Free T4 having now dipped below the normal range. This likely means that the current 20 mg you take is still way too much.
Having not enough thyroid hormone puts us at risk for Myxedema Coma where our bodies begin shutting down.
Please post your ranges as soon as you can without the more than and less than signs.

Since your latest FT4 is now below the range, I would be asking doctor to drop the MMI doses downwards to 5 mg per day, at least, lab again in four weeks and see if it's enough.
