Earlier this winter I had been feeling just horrible. I could tell I was low, after having this disease for a few years you learn how to listen to your body. I told my doctor and he put me on 5mcg of liothyronine twice a day. I have been feeling really good lately, the best I've felt since I had RAI 5 years ago. I had my blood checked a week ago and just got the results back. My TSH was 0.03, I'm curious as to what my doctor will do next. Ugh..I just wish I could get this figured out and stay on the same dose longer than a few months!!
If I were you, I would ask for an evaluation of possible central hypothyroidism.

Your Graves' Disease antibodies are still present and are affecting the TSH levels. This is why TSH cannot be used to dose the replacement med. Go with the Free T4 (at least).
No matter what the treatment has been done, we will always have Graves' Disease for the rest of our lives.
