I always ate very well but with the removal of a few key items...it helped a lot. I am in remission now so I dont have to eat in accordance to level fluctuations..but...I have lowered my caffeine and sugar. I limit seafood, dairy and red meat. I eat lots of fresh mostly raw veggies...I grow my own so I know there organic and lots of whole grains.
