hi, im wondering if someone went thru the same or has any information. I went to a fertility clinic on 02/2018 and had extensive blood tests done. I could not get pregnant for more than a year. on my birthday i got the news that my eggs are diminishing ahead of time. im always late but not my eggs... the i was sent to a endocrinologist who diagnosed me with GD. I was in treatment for 2 months and my tsh levels increased to 2.38. A few weeks earlier i had learned that i was pregnant so i was more relaxed once i knew my levels were ok. But last week, i miscarried. Now i cannot focus at work. I feel as if im unintelligent or something...some colleague gets already annoyed by my lack of good performance. Another colleague contacted me to check if i was ok because i was not myself lately and was not on top of my work as usual. Now i dont know what is causing this problem: the miscarriage or GD. Im wven thinking about quitting before im find out that i cant perform anymore. I would appreciate if someone has any tip. :(
I am so sorry you had a miscarriage. I had two miscarriages while I was in my undiagnosed thyroid issues many years ago. :-(
Did your doctor check to see if the thyroid levels of the Free T3 and the Free T4 were okay? The higher TSH indicated that the levels were going hypO.
To have a successful pregnancy, the FT3 would need to be at the mid range of the lab reference range and the FT4 at the upper third range.
The thyroid antibodies of the TSI would need to be as low as possible as not to cross over the placenta.
I am thinking from the symptoms described, the thyroid levels may be off.
I would do research on pregnancies while having Graves' Disease and the steps need to be taken.

Have you had the TPOab and the TgAb to check for any positive thyroid antibodies?
Do you have the TSI lab reference ranges for the test that was done? I do not need the lab reference range for the TSH.
