Any vitamins deficiencies such as from Iron, Zinc, Folate and all the B vitamins?
It must be hard to be feeling all those hypO symptoms you are having. Maybe reconsider to take the replacement meds now?

Because of family issues, I have not gotten my labs or seen my Endocrinologist in a couple of months. Labs are coming up in a week and there are the standard blood tests and a bunch of vitamin deficiency tests.
Then 2 weeks later, I see the doctor.
Honestly, I don’t want to start taking medications - for the other side. There must be another way.
MM, I take zinc and B-100 complex supplement, too. Wasn’t thinking about iron because I was told once a woman stops her cycle, blood is not lost and one doesn’t become iron deficient. Or is that an old wives tale? Next round I’ll have that checked.
I, also, see hair breakage. I don’t see full length strands falling out but the hair near the forehead is breaking.
You say these are all HYPO symptoms.
My doctor said my thyroid could have been weakened by the MMI. (It happens to some people) Maybe it needs a little more time to function better.
I really don’t want to be on a merry-go-round with thyroid medications.
Thank you for responding. Hugs back.
It definitely are hypO symptoms. Here is an extended symptoms list for both hypER/hypO:

You may want to consider taking ReMyte from the same company as ReMag. I have read testimonials of those who get their minerals balanced, are finding out that they could stop taking a replacement med or did not need to get started on taking a replacement med.
As I have mentioned before, 20% of those who have had Graves' Disease do go the other direction and become hypO according to which antibodies are currently active at the time.

Thank you for the list. :-)
I will look into the ReMyte.
My stress level is on high because of all the various issues going on in my household.
I have no control over them and have not been getting enough quiet and sleep to refresh.
I wish I could get a time out from all of THEIR needs.
I just wish I could get a break and really focus on the things I need to complete.
If these symptoms don’t let up on me, I will seriously have to think about starting up on meds again. (Just not one of my first choices.)
Thank you for all the support - Take Care.
I take the smallest amount of ReMyte along with the ReMag and can say that I have been able to take only the wee amounts of MMI which is current at 0.625 mg per day. I do feel hypO at the daily dose.
I am going to get labs as self pay of only the FT3 and the FT4 and see if I can start going every other day of MMI at 0.625 mg per day.
When I see my doctor later on this summer, I will ask for the TSI and TRab tests for GD and the TPOab and TgAb for the Hashi's to see where I am at.
I'd like not to take meds as well and just focus on the purity foods and products from my diet, household, and personal.
I believe our needs for many of the minerals that are currently lacking in the soils which our foods are grown on, has made me seen much improvements with my health.
