Hi Everyone,
Long time no post and lots has gone on in my life - good and what has turned out to be good.
I had my latest labs done last Thurs and all is holding - I don't have my ones from Jan to compare unless I dig through the files...:)) But FT4 is 1.17; FT3 is 2.99 and TSH is .378. Off meds since Oct. Overall I feel pretty good - crave carbs though...:(( I'm still on the Selenium 100 per day - do I need to continue you think with FT3 below 3.0?
Just as a quick catch up - the place where I worked sold in Jan and the new owners kept me for 7 weeks - working me by myself basically to death - 7 days a week, etc and then decided I was too expensive and replaced me with someone that commutes 1 hour each way for less money but she gets to work from home 2 days a week - go figure huh?
I'd been there 23 yrs. So one stress removed and unemployed sort of replaced it. I had started my own Personal Training Studio and have been focusing on building that business which God has blessed immensely and it is growing well. So like I said one stress less and it has turned out so much better for me in the long run.
Dr said - keep doing what you are doing....:))
You are all such an amazing support and I am so grateful to each of you. Couldn't do this without you!!!
So a little help on the Selenium and I will keep you posted as I will get labs every few months.

Welcome back. Sorry about your previous place of employment, but the idea of being a personal trainer sounds great! :-)
How are you feeling with the Selenium? Are you having any other issues besides stress? If feeling hypERish, then lessen the Selenium. If no such feelings then keep taking that amount.

But definitely not the stress I was under. I love what I do and I am having fun despite the long hours. I do have a few breaks during the day and am learning what I like in a daily schedule...:))
I think I'll just hang out where I'm at for now with the Selenium. I don't plan to have labs for awhile unless I start feeling weird.
