Your doctor needs to realize that the TSH is affected by thyroid antibodies. The TSH is useless for any thyroid problem and cannot be used to dose meds by. The Free Ts are what to be going by with.

If it were me, I'd look for another doctor who doses by the Free T4, at least, and not just look at the TSH.
