Do you think you feel better with the Free T4 at the upper third range? Since your FT4 is coming up, I am not sure if cutting the dose to 1.25 mg may be too much? You could try cut the doses to 1.875 mg and see if that may work better for you?
This way the FT4 comes up, but not jumps up too high? I would take this in divided dose. One dose such as 1.25 mg and the other 12 hours later as 0.625 mg.
Basically it is how are you feeling now at this point?
Your other labs might been reflective due to your Free Ts being slightly low. Creatinine has done this for me in the past when ,y FTs were slightly low.

I will follow that link and take a look.I'm not feeling great - tired, aching and not sleeping particularly well. My eyes are slightly uncomfortable. Optimal for me is probably T4:14.2, T3:4.4 & TSH:1.90
The consultant advised me to increase my dose back to 5mg daily - and then offered me a low dose of anti-depressant to manage the pain in place of the occasional dose of ibuprofen & paracetamol that I currently take(I declined). She has referred me to a pain management clinic. She often seems bemused when I talk to her about my symptoms. I think diabetes is her main specialty.
She put the raised creatinine & ALT down to a fatty liver, which she doesn't seem overly concerned about.
Kind regards,
Sarah
