Hi All,
As promised here are my labs from yesterday with a
bit of history and the ranges. I expect to fight with Endo because as usual I figure he'll want to increase things because the TSH is falling - although it's at least still registering. I am feeling great and really don't want to change anything - just give it time....
I finally got a FT3 so do not have any recent references as he uses only the Total T3

Thanks for your input and advice. I really am feeling good and don't want to change a thing.
Oh yeah, I am on .625 mg of MMI per day and take
200 mcg of selenium, 2000 iu of Vit D3 as supplements. Any other thoughts there? I don't seem
to do well on B6 - have tried a multi without iodine by True Balance and maybe I just need to give it time.

I'm sure you'll get differing opinions as to what to do with your dose moving forward.
If it were me, I'd go to 6.25mg every other day.
Your FT4 level should really be higher in the range - at least above mid-range.
If you have absolutely no hypo symptoms with your current level then maybe you could wait until your next set of labs.
