Good luck and {{{hugs}}} :-)
Yes, this is a good thing. The meds are working well, too well, so now you need less. The 5 mg sounds just right.
I would feel terribly hypo with those results.
The Free T 4 is the most important one to notice. With your range of .58 to 1.64 , mid range is 1.10. Your will find a place between that 1.10 and the top, 1.64 that is your set point. It will take time and a few more shifts to figure that out.
Your FT3 is low becasue of not having enough FT4 to make FT3.
Your brave little TSH has appeared and is trying to save the day by yelling at the thyroid gland to make more hormone.
Once you come back up o a better thyroid level for you, the TSH may disappear again..and that's okay. With Graves' we have TSH receptor antibodies that work in place of TSH. A suppressed TSH does not mean we are hyper. We must only judge our thyroid levels by the thyroid hormone itself..the FT4 and FT3.
You should start feeling better in a few days. If you experience temporary hyper symptoms the first two or three days, that's normal too. It's just from the shift. Happens some times.
Congratulations on moving forward so well. :)
