Also the fact that you show a significant TSH makes me think too: Get your TSI tested. It might be getting very low (woohoo, good sign) hence the TSH getting it's chance to show up.
My levels respond very fast to medication change. Byt if I remember right, you were also sensitive to transition symptoms, so keep that in mind.
How is the bebe?
The TSI can go up when one is too hypO just like when one is too hypER. Ideally it's best to keep the Free Ts right where one feels their best there at at then the TSI can decrease.
