We both haven't been on here in awhile (I've been busy on the hypo forum) but, it's great to see how well you are doing.
Quite frankly, your most recent labs are absolutely perfect - your FT4 and FT3 levels are very similar to the types of levels healthy people will have and your TSH is quite appropriate for a Graves' patient in remission.
Your TSH was higher before because your FT4 level was too low. I'm glad you're off meds now.
I suspect you're very familiar with Elaine Moore and she says it's not uncommon to have occasional hyper symptoms after going off meds.
I'm sure you have heard our mantra: symptoms can be confusing, labs don't lie.
Your body just needs to feel as perfect as your labs are :)
In the meantime, I suggest that you continue with a healthy lifestyle and do your best to avoid thyroid disease triggers:

I'm glad you'll still be getting labs so you can stay on top of things.
I look forward to celebrating your continued remission.
