While I do see that you have remained at the top with 1.5 for the last two months, your Free T3 has gone up.
Increasing the MMI will not help to lower down the FT3. Taking a beta blocker such as Propranolol or Atenolol will help for this.
Stress is definitely a factor.
Is your Endo also trying to get your TSH to come up when it is affected by thyroid antibodies and can often stay at zero for awhile?
I would consider eating some raw goitrogen foods to help lower down the Free Ts. Google goitrogen foods and find a big list of the fruits/veggies.

When our FT3 is high is part of the heart and the tremor symptoms and any other hypER symptoms as well.
There is also a 6.25 mg dosing if you get a good pill cutter, the kind with a thin metal razor blade. I would take that in divided doses of either two or three times per day, every 8 hours or every 12 hours.
