Yes, look at the Free T3 and the Free T4 and go by those numbers whether you are hypO or hypER. Do not use the TSH. Your Free Ts are hypO.
TSH are not an accurate gauge for one to go by on since it is a pituatary hormone. It is also messed up by the thyroid antibodies. It will not give a true reading for some people until about a year after having been regulated by antithyroid drugs, etc.
