Anyway, what dose do you take now and have been on for awhile? Sometimes even when hypo you can feel very irritable and of course it goes with Graves too (the rage) I still find it hard to differentiate between the two as my symptoms seem to match both sometimes. The only thing that tells the truth is the blood test.Try to find a way to get blood tests done if you feel progressively worse like I did. When I walk fast up or downstairs I feel my heart going too fast and I feel somewhat out of breath too. This seems to be hyper for me. Does this happen to you like this, or are you just sitting and it gets high? I can just tell the way I feel that if I take my Bp it will be higher and the pulse rate too. You just know it doesn't feel right..
I got a haircut and color the other day and it does give you somewhat of a lift, huh? Also doing your nalis. Keep doing that stuff and try to do slow deep breathing, not shallow breaths. I find that sometime I feel like I'm actually holding my breath when I feel anxious lately, so I try to be conscious of it and do the slow deep breathing. It does help. It's good for anybody really to breathe like this.
For me if my BP will usually go up a bit before my heartrate and my heartrate is usually in the high 50's to low 60's so at that rate when it goes into the 70's I know it and that is high for me. I'm still learning about the ins and outs of this hyper/hypo stuff. Wouldn't it be nice to have a crystal ball to know what is causing what on any given day??
