I came in late this evening and turned on the television. I was just flipping through the channels when there was a goiter ! Halt.. what was that ? So I watched a very odd segment of Night Line Prime.

Yes, her goiter has been air brushed out. many of her photos are posed to hide it, many scarves.. but here is the best one to see her throat not hidden. It's a myspace page, but no music so it loaded fine for me.

So the thing that confuses me with this photo.. is this what a beginning goiter looks like ? Mine was there but also down further and around the sides more.

Wonder if she has the standard cost saving and uncaring doctor telling her her labs are close enough, and missing better early treatment . Poor gal, she seemed to mention so many of our risks of Graves' in her interview. If things do ever flare up, I hope when the time comes she finds us or a group like this one. Or.. if she is in the process of getting better, I wish her a better future.
