The only stress I can think of besides the exercise is wondering how long my current Dr will allow me to be on low dose MMI....I will have the answer to that question tomorrow when I see him. He has talked about a 2 yr window so of course that has me concerned since I'm at that window.
This would be a moment in time, no matter what he says, to have him run a TSI and TRab. After all, they are needed to make an intelligent decision right ?
Be sure to get as large a refill as he is willing to give, and buy yourself time to "consider things ".
Guess we'll see if he is more concerned with teaching his students to control costs, or if he is happy to have a GOOD patient with well controlled Graves' moving forward to remission as the body heals. He SHOULD be glad to have you setting an example for them.
later gator,
The only concern I have about using the RAW Nutrition is of the Iodine levels in these. I tend to avoid any products such as these and my holistic doctor tries to get me to take these. I have had to explain to him that some of these aren't great for people with thyroid disease due to the 'stuff' put in them.
My almost 21 y/o son agrees and instead we use fresh raw organic veggies and as low of glycemic organic fruits to blend the things together into smoothies. I have done well on doing things this way instead of supplementing with the things I can't handle.

Down and back or I would have loved to stay. My youngest son is coming home after being away for training for his new job for a month so have a family "do" later....
I posted my pleasant surprise so maybe, just maybe he will be the one I can work with...starting to trust a little bit more.
Laura,
Thank you for the heads up on the iodine. I've been looking for the info but hadn't found it yet. Guess I need to dig a bit deeper. You are right - fresh and healthy is the best way to go.
I got the clearance to continue training so that was a sigh of relief and like a breath of fresh air.....may be there is hope for this whole thing anyway.....
Thank you all so very very very much!!!
Hugs to you all.
