I had bloodwork done Jan 23 2009 the results being TSH 1.11 range 0.5-4.5 Ft4 10.9 range 7.5-21.5 Ft3 4.4 range 3.5-6.5. I think that the FT4 is still a bit low. Endo say I am normal and is discharging me from his care!! I only ever seen him once back in nov 2007. I still am freezing and gaining weight. I saw my reg doc on Tues and she suggested that I get the endo to refer me to a surgeon before he discharges me as there is about a one year wait for surgery. Endo says stay on tapazole for one more year before trying remission. The problem is that I have adjusted my meds myself to feel better and he thinks I am taking 7.5 daily but am only taking 5mg and am feeling like I need to lower it a bit more.Endo doesnt want bloodwork for3-6 months sent only to my reg doc. I told her I have been tweaking my meds myself and she feels that I understand my body enough now that I have had 2 good tests in a row. She ordered bloodwork for six weeks in case I need to tweak some more. She also is ordering a TSI finally!!! I had a TPO in Dec it was 1115 range is under 50. Any suggestions?
