Sorry to read of you having problems. Have you tried Elaine Moore at: elaine-moore.com?
She has her own forum that only she answers, plus articles to read and research and books. She is also 26+ years post-RAI and still suffers with some symptoms.

It may take a while to reach your ideal hormone levels. Its a healing process and doesn't happen overnight. It took me about 8 months to feel better. I can say now that I feel better mentally and physically. Stay positive--you can do this. Good luck to you.
