If it were me, I would get hard copies of my labs to know exactly what my Free Ts were doing (forget the TSH as this is being effected by thyroid antibodies).
The usual practice is to reduce the ATD by half of the current amount one is on. If the current dose is 15 mg, then reduce to 7.5 mg and then retest labs in four weeks to see if on track with things.
