It Seems to me that I'm only a little bit hyper, and could fix this with brussel sprouts and broccoli as opposed to upping my MMI, what do you think?

Maglady, I hear your frustration - I'm having a resurgence too and it's frustrating cause I thought I was heading toward remission. guess it wasn't meant to be easy.
Any triggers that can set off the thyroid, both diet and environmental. Get a small notebook and record what is consumed.
Some of my dietary triggers have included: Aspartame, MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup as well as any other corn derivatives, GMO foods, excess sugar, excess caffeine, excess pasteurized dairy, GMO peanuts, Iodine, Fish, Soy, etc.
Environmental triggers such as: stress, exposure to smoking, lowered Selenium levels, etc.

If it were me, I'd look for a lowered doses of Selenium in the multi. Or just take the multi every other day.

Also...this is where using a multivitamin is not the best choice. You have no control over what your taking and more importantly...they amounts. I buy all my supplements separately...that way I can add or eliminate what I want. I also then have control over the amounts taken. You may want to think about doing the same.
Your FT3 is over the high end of your range but...at this point...I dont think it warrants taking a beta blocker. You are not in danger here. You may be feeling some symptoms of being hyper but I think if you make the changes mentioned...you would have a better result. Just my opinion...at least...thats what I would do if this were me....Big Hugs....Kathy
