I went to my endocrine to get diagnosed and he told me there is no way i could be iodine deficient because of all the additives in the food.
I did my third iodine patch ( i know.. It is dangerous) last night and it is almost gone off my skin AND i feel really good this morning.
Besides that - it is co-incidental that i used iodine free salt for 6 months before i developed symptoms of Graves.
There has to be some sense about iodine..
