Last time I was on the meds I was waking up every night in a confused state not knowing where I was and wondering who the hell the man lying next to me was (my partner of 13 years) and would start to get dressed as I was very worried that I was naked I would settle after 10 minutes or so and fall back to sleep! This was every night then after a stoped the meds it went away.I am only two days into starting my meds again and low and behold there I was last night reaching for my clothes and getting dressed in the middle of the night confused again!! Has anyone else experienced this?
When I first started on MMI, one night I woke up in the middle of the night and completely freaked out, it was like I had no idea who it was in my bed. It was like a night terror or something. I was terrified, I grabbed my purse and started down the stairs to get out of the house. Fortunately my husband is a light sleeper, he heard me and said "are you ok?". I just told him I was fine and went back to bed and eventually fell back asleep. I was so embarrassed that happened I never told him or anyone about it.
About a month later it happened again and hasn't since. I've been on MMI exactly 2 years.
