Why not just get back on the ATD until you can make the decision as to what to do in the future?
In order to have a successful remission, the TSI needs to be under 50. But it also depends on what the TRAb is doing as well, if it's in the blocking or stimulating mode.
Also watch for the triggers in what you eat/drink. People find that to make the remission last longer or forever, they continue to watch out for the triggers.
