Hi!
Okay seasonal allergies are not something I normally deal with but guess what I am this year. What if anything do you take/do for the symptoms since I understand this can be a trigger for the GD and may explain a few of the minor symptoms I'm having.

For me I just take the safe vits/supps that my body can handle. I don't use any allergy or cold meds since many contain the epinephrine in it. I also do not take these as well because of containing high fructose corn syrup, dextrose and other GMO corn stuff I have problems with.

Natural antibiotics such as Olive Leaf extract (if GDers can handle it, not all can) and also Oregano oil and perhaps some garlic with lemon and a bit of honey.

Really depends on what that GDer can handle, we all have different triggers which sets off our GD.
