I would look into the diet and try to keep it as 'clean' as possible. This might mean avoiding as much chemicals and toxins in the typical foods and perhaps substitute with the organics (read the labels because some organics are not 'wonderful'). I would do anything that can cause the Free Ts to go up.

@tinad- I have read some of your posts previously- I feel terrible you're so symptomatic while having a little one. I hope you feel better soon!!! I'm kind of a weird Graves case- I was diagnosed while preparing to get pregnant- I didn't have any symptoms. My labs are weird, though, I had a suppressed TSH, and in range but low T3/T4. I was subclinical but had Graves antibodies- which led to my diagnosis. I have never had hyper T3/T4 levels. I was then overmedicated with MMI into hypo, which was definitely a crappy feeling. I was diagnosed Sept 2012, off meds by Feb 2013 (but many would argue I didn't need meds or should have done block/replace). Remission was declared soon after and my antibodies continued to decline. Gave my body a chance to heal. Got pregnant in November 2013. I also should say that my T3/T4 levels for me are somewhat lower at my optimum levels compared to others. I also met with a high-risk pregnancy doc prior to getting pregnant this time around and he was actually the most thyroid savvy doctor I've met. He provided me with quite a bit of information regarding hyperthyroidism/Graves and pregnancy. They are lengthy, medical term articles but full of good info. Feel free to message me when you are interested and I can email you them- they are from a site that needs registration and isn't public. Best of luck to you!!! Hang in there!!!
