I have been taking wee doses of MMI for 12+ years now. The doses are any where from 1.25 mg to 1.875 mg and sometimes upwards to 2.5 mg. But this was before I really focused on eating organic, non GMOs and avoiding a lot of chemicals and toxins in personal and household products. I am very reactive what personal products used on me and go for the organics and non GMOs.

But if I can maintain on small doses of MMI, then I will do this route. My biggest fear in all of this RAI stuff is that it will remove my energetic personality and I've seen enough horror stories.
Thank you again.
Your comment about being a 34+ year migraine sufferer made me think of this. I had only been suffering from the ocular migraine for something like two years.
I do know what a lot of work is put into with trying to balance things from what I eat and being exposed to. I just keep working at it until I find the answer.

The other thing I did was get extensive blood work and allergy work up from a naturopath.
I had no allergy symptoms but my bloodwork showed multiple reactions to certain foods. I had to cut them out.
I also had my kids tested and even though we have mostly
Organic/non-gmo, they have chronic allergies to wheat, dairy, eggs and soy.
Hope you will feel better soon!!!
Have you tried what Aronia suggested ! Acetyl-l-carnitine , you can even order it on-line, it would even help now since you haven't been able to get to the Dr for meds yet.
You can even take Acetyl-l-carnitine when you are on the thyroid meds when HypER, just not when HypO.
