Ok, so after waiting 40 min in the lobby, 40 min. in the room, I finally see the dr., there goes another 40 min. I told them when I scheduled my next appt in Dec I dont have time for 2 1/2 hr appts everytime. Anyway here are my labs: T3 Free 190 range is 230-420, TSI just stated positive, TBII 36, and get this NO TSH results due to heterophilic interference. Ok so what does that mean? I've been looking it up and he stated there's something in my blood that messes with the animal blood they test with. Never knew they used so many animals in blood work.
Anyway, he stated that since the Free T3 came down so much I"m heading towards HYPO. He stated I can lower my meds from 3 5 mg of Meth to 1. But I was thinking of doing 2 morning and night for a little while to wean lower. He says I still have both antibodies of Graves and Hoshi's. He said I have no Brewy? He never mentioned that before. He said the thyroid is still enlarged but not as bad and it will go down with a possible scare in the inside . So I get a blood test in 4 weeks and they will call the results and then again in 8 weeks after that with my next appt in Dec. He's thinking I will go Hypo naturally or with being on this med. He said it didnt take long to burn itself out. There's no RAI in my near future!!! Sounds good to me. Told him that I dont want to be severe HYPO due to weight. Asked about Armour Thyroid but they dont use it. Anyway whats anyone's thoughts?

This should work and help you get the Free Ts back up to the mid ranges.

This is why you'd want to lab often enough to find out if you're on track. You will need to find the 'right' amount of ATD to keep you stabilized and keep you euthyroid to wherever you feel your best with the Free Ts within the normal ranges.
