I have heard that we should always let the doctor know if there are other medications that we are taking near the time we are tested.

Hi Snippy,

I was sick enough a couple times to need a doctor and antibiotics. For me, the being so sick lowered my FT4 temporarily, as my body reallocated resources and wanted me to rest and heal. Later when I was better, my FT4 returned to it's previous level.

My sinuses were so bad I had no choice. As most of you guys know I have no insurance and the endo g is given me till January gonnna run a scan and then she said I have to decide on surgery or radiation. Well my husband decided to invest and but our own 18 wheeler the company he was working for got to where they were not paying him. We get the truck on Friday . It will be leased on with a company to where we can get insurance in three months so>I'm gonna search then and find me another doctor that doesn't treat by TSH. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
