Try not to worry. I know it's easier said than done. I have had almost a lifetime of some kind of a thyroid problem. It began when I was 14 with undiagnosed hypO symptoms and I had that for the next 20 years. After that it turned on me and I began with Graves' Disease.
I am sure if you discuss with your Endo tomorrow, tell her you feel hypO and would like to look into replacement meds and possibly even something for the low FT3 such as Cytomel or if you took Armour. Whatever.
Tell the Endo that you do not like your Free Ts this low and would like to aim them in the mid ranges (at least) to feel better.
