I am so sorry for you and especially the children. When we were younger, something like this was something that happened to other people, yet here we are now. I get so angry when I hear of adults abusing children in any way. A child has a right to trust in the people caring for them. It's always more painful when you believe you've taken precautions and then this happens. I cannot say any healing words right now but please hang in there. The children will need you more than ever to be strong. God bless.

OMG......I am so sorry. People like that should be taken out to the back forty. Just love the kids and understand that this is confusing and emotional painful for them. They will have feelings of guilt, thinking that they did something wrong. They may act out in anger. A whole array of emotions will come to surface. As a child of sexual abuse I can tell you that counseling ASAP. Let them start venting those emotions now. My mother swept it under the carpet and I was expected to act like nothing happened. Worst thing that could have ever happened to me. All those feeling surfaced as an adult. The ramafications of her actions nearly destoyed my young adult life. Just love them and validate their feelings. It is the best you can do. I am crying writing this. I am so sorry for you and the kids. This is devastating.

cjfern - So terrible - daycare is supposed to be someone you can trust - just devastating. I hope they are closed down now and go to prison so they can't hurt another child.

That is so awful -- I think I would have to be locked in my bedroom so I wouldn't do something to them...I hope they go to jail forever (and that's being kind)

Thank you for the support, I needed it today. Yes closed down, appointments made for counseling, waited till school year started so that went smoothly . Didn't think it could get worse then bios found out, all my fault, they are coming for children and I will never see the again , you can imagine all that was said. This was a state registered daycare and they got my trust and then broke my heart and damaged my Precious grandchildren. These kids need a break, there is too much evil in the world.

Cjfern, of COURSE it's your fault! With the bios, it's always our faults. They can't take responsibility for the children they gave birth to, they can't or won't raise them -- they force someone else to -- so they have to lay the blame on someone.

Can you IMAGINE the kind of abuse our grandchildren would be subject to on a day-to-day basis if they were still in a home with active druggies and alcoholics? OMG I can't even imagine! Pinky has been with at least five different men since her first kid -- that we know of. And we all know that boyfriends and stepfathers are the #1 abusers of children.

These bios are beyond belief, aren't they?

There is nothing more evil than hurting a child, and when its someone you trust it has to be horrific. I pray justice is done and they are punished. Can the bio's get the children? I don't know your situation, but you have them for a reason. You cannot be blamed when this was a liscenced daycare. I just got my GS placed with me by CPS and they offered me paid Daycare. My children never went to daycare, but I need it for GS. Now I am afraid to put him in one. Our prays for you and your precious children. God bless you.
