This community is dedicated to grandparents who are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren. In cases where the parents are not willing or able to provide adequate care for their children, grandparents may take on the role of primary caregivers. Join the support group to find support, share your experience, and get advice from other members.

Today I will do something that makes me laugh.
Whether it's watching a funny movie, playing a game with my children, grandchildren or friends, reading a humorous book, going to an amusement park, or finding a way to just be silly, I will get in touch with my playful side and have fun. A balanced life means experiencing laughter along with being serious. Not only am I willing to be a responsible adult, but I'm also willing to laugh, have fun, be playful, be childlike, and enjoy the simplest of pleasures.
Prayers do get answered...your story gives others hope:)
