Oh my gosh, that it is horrible! I am so sorry. All this waiting is torturous!

Will you get to see the kids soon?

I don't know when I will see the kids, that is up to cps.My head is pounding, the GAL was very hard on me, in fact the judge took over some questioning. The judge looked like he was intetested in the case for the first time. My lawyer said it could have gone better,but it was good. Not sure what the double wording meant, and really all we have is the truth. The state witness confirmed everything I said, so I'm thinking thier witness wasn't much help to them. During my testimony and the state witness testimony we both show'd cps was not telling the truth. The judge has a real problem as why my husband could not be primary care taker for the two months I was taking care of my health. Do they not understand that my husband is the primary income, and I was thinking about the kids and me? My husband was ill and working. It was such a mess with illnesses during that time. I bet if the kids came home from school and found me on the floor, cps would have charged me with indangerment.... Ladies, I'm going to sign off. I can't believe they asked why your husband didn't take off the two months to care for GKids??? This just shows how out of touch courts & SW's are; don't they want tax payers to keep working to pay their taxes which in turn pays their wages!!! We need to keep our jobs so our family can servive! Hellooooo

I run into that problem all of the time...they expect families who work to take off without even concidering the work schedule hours.

Based on what you said I'm assuming the judge is concerned about what might happen to the children if you get sick again. Can you think of another backup plan in the event you do get custody and something happens to your health again. This just might be the judge's greatest concern in awarding custody back to you. I know when we adopt our grandchildren we have to name someone who is willing to step in should something happen to us. I hope and pray you can come up with a solid plan that will give the judge the confidence he or she needs to place the children back with you.

After CPs denied the return of the kids...I spoke with my closest relative who is my niece... She and her husband agree to take the children and raise them if need be should anything happen to us. Based on our age, health whatever the reason would be. This has not been brought out in court yet, due to we ran out of time, so yes the judge will see this, and you may be correct.
